Trigger Warning - Bereavement

In this episode we learn from Professor Paul Galdas. He’s a professor of Nursing at the University of York who has spent most of his working life focused on improving men's access to healthcare. He’s currently got funding from Movember to work on research in Behavioural Activation for men in frontline roles in the NHS. We hear about his important work, talk about what it means to be man and what it’s like in the Movember Head Office in Australia. We also get to hear some of his story too. Like all of us do, he’s got his own experience of bereavement and mental health challenges and we’re honoured to have him share it all with us here, on the Menfulness Podcast.
