He claims he never said he’d cover the room and categorically denies stealing any money. The plaintiff says his neighbor, the defendant, purposefully parked his truck in a way that blocked the plaintiff from walking to his mailbox. The plaintiff was badly injured from tripping on the back bumper, so he’s suing for the medical bills. The defendant claims he has a Ring camera that showed the plaintiff deliberately throwing himself to the ground in an overly dramatic fashion. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.
