Avoid the H bombs

  • Hypotension (<90mmhg)
  • Hypoxia (<90%)
  • Hyperventilation (Goal ETCO2 35-45)

Serious mechanism + LOC:

  • 15L NRB
  • 1L Bolus (20cc/kg for peds)
  • Goal ETCO2 35-45
