Life gets hard and evil surrounds us in this life. We must remind ourselves of God’s goodness to us and the faithful love he has shown us by sending us Jesus. In this psalm, David is putting himself on trial and using the fact that he walks and stands with Jesus as his witness as the source of evidence in this trial to show that he is safe.
