(Matthew 5:1-3 NLT) One day as he saw the crowds gathering, Jesus went up on the mountainside and sat down. His disciples gathered around him, (2) and he began to teach them.(3) “God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him,for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

(マルコ10:17-22 ERV訳）イエスがその場から立ち去ろうとすると、ある男が駆け寄ってイエスの前にひざまづいて、聞いた。「素晴らしい先生！私が永遠の命を得るためには、私は何をしなければなりませんか？」18) イエスは答えた。「なぜわたしを素晴らしいと呼ぶ？神のみが素晴らしい。19) それに、神の掟ぐらい知っているだろう？『殺さない、結婚した異性以外とセックスをしない、盗まない、ウソをつかない、だまさない、父と母を敬う』と・・・」20) 男は言った。「先生！もちろんです！私は幼いころから全部！この掟を全て守り続けています！」 21) イエスは心から彼のことを思い、こう言った。「まだ1つ必要なことが残っている。自分の持っている物を全部売り払うんだ。貧しい人たちにお金を与えなさい！そうすれば、あなたは天で富を得る！その後、わたしについて来るんだ！」 男はすごくお金持ちだった。そのためイエスにお金を諦めるようにと言われた時、その男はすごく腹を立てた。こうして、彼は悲しくもその場から立ち去った。

(Mark 10:17-22 NLT)  As Jesus was starting out on his way to Jerusalem, a man came running up to him, knelt down, and asked, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” (18) “Why do you call me good?” Jesus asked. “Only God is truly good. (19) But to answer your question, you know the commandments: ‘You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. You must not cheat anyone. Honor your father and mother.’” (20) “Teacher,” the man replied, “I’ve obeyed all these commandments since I was young.” (21) Looking at the man, Jesus felt genuine love for him. “There is still one thing you haven’t done,” he told him. “Go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”(22) At this the man’s face fell, and he went away sad, for he had many possessions.

(1コリント8:5-6 ERV訳) 天や地に神々と呼ばれる存在がいたり、ある領域をつかさどる霊的な存在が実在するのかしないのかの議論は、本当に重要なことではない。 6)私たちにとって神が唯一であり、神が私たちの父だ。つまり、全てが神から生まれ、全てが神のために存在している。そして主人であるイエス・キリストも唯一で、全てがイエスを通してつくられ、イエスを通して私たちはいのちを持っている。

(6) But for us,there is one God, the Father, by whom all things were created, and for whom we live. And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things were created, and through whom we live.
