107 - Booka Nile from Make Them Suffer talks mental health and the music world!

Then on a VERY special interview, Jed talks to Booka Nile- keyboardist/vocalist from the metal band Make Them Suffer. Booka began her career working in the field of mental health; she started with people with disabilities and brain trauma, and moved on to manage a mental health hostel. Booka talks about how she practices self-care, burnout, and how her life changed when she joined a world-famous touring metal band. Mum wasn't thrilled at first.
