She pleaded with them to reinstate Title IV-B - a child welfare protection legislation that expired in 2021. During her impassioned and emotional testimony, she detailed the horrific abuse she says she suffered while she was in the same kind of residential facilities that many foster and adopted kids are put into. Paris is using her platform to advocate for kids who can’t speak for themselves, and we applaud her for being a celeb who’s down to fight the good fight!
