What's the first thing you thought you had to do once you made the decision to start your podcast?

If you said "Buy a microphone," you're not alone.

Most of us start with the how questions at the beginning of the podcasting journey. We addressed some of the basic equipment in our episode called Getting Started with Podcasting, so we won't belabor those points here.

Instead, this episode focuses on the other aspects of your podcast that set you up for success later like your website and email. And, if that sounds too daunting, don't worry, I share some easy ways to create both using simple tools.
