Captain (CPT) Juliette Jacobi is the 111th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade's (BDE) Mental and Cognitive readiness program director, providing education and instruction to optimize the readiness of over 4000 Soldiers. CPT Jacobi maintains a collaborative relationship with the local Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation departments, monitoring unit personnel's physical and mental health. She previously served as an Officer in Charge (OIC) of Inpatient Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Occupational Therapy services at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Captain Jacobi is an active member of the Army Occupational Therapy Cabinets of Behavioral Health and Human Performance Optimization, seeking to maintain up-to-date knowledge and best practices in her clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool. This app provides users with hands-on diaphragmatic breathing exercise. Breathing exercises has been documented to decrease the body’s ‘fight or flight’ stress response and help with mood stabilization, anger control, and anxiety management.
