In our third episode, Professor Joseph Fitsanakis talks about the latest developments in NATO's southeastern flank with Vice Admiral Ioannis Egolfoupoulos, who served in the Hellenic Navy from 1971 until his retirement, in 2004. In addition to graduating from the Hellenic Navy Naval War College, Admiral Egolfopoulos is a graduate of the Master of Science program in Engineering and Weapons Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He has also served as Greece’s Naval Attaché in Washington, and as Director of Logistics for the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, among a plethora of high-level positions. Since 2004, he has worked as CEO and consultant for several firms in the United States and Greece.
