The White Mountain Sheriff's Posse is proud to announce the 52nd annual Pony Express Ride, set to take place from April 24th to April 26th, 2024. This iconic event celebrates the rich history of the Pony Express while fostering camaraderie and community spirit among riders and participants. The Ride will start at 8 am on April 24th at the Lakeside Post Office. Anyone can send a postcard or letter via the riders by dropping the properly postaged item in drop boxes around the area. Below is the explanation for the Arizona Department of Housing and the links to take the survey. The Arizona Department of Housing is conducting a housing choice survey for the Arizona Balance of State. For this survey, the Arizona Balance of State includes geographic areas outside of Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, and Yuma counties and the cities of Douglas, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Sierra Vista. The housing choice survey is conducted every five years as part of the Consolidated Planning process required by HUD.
