In the first half of this podcast on government intervention in our health I will look at how and why government is involved in nutrition and food and then how well the FDA has operated as a watchdog on food and drug safety. Next week, we will look at Covid-19 treatments and invections and then, what society would look like if government was not involved in health at all.
