When people talk about the "glass ceiling," they're talking about the barriers women face when trying to reach higher positions in the workplace — but for women of color, the ceiling isn't made of glass, but of concrete.

From the Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women movement to high COVID cases, the impact of historical trauma continues to affect native people in Utah today.  But along with the pain, a legacy of resiliency has been handed down from generation to generation.
