Announcing my move as a parter at Red Cedar Real Estate and discussing how freeing it is to be in motion.  We also discuss the relevance of my experience at the ASPIRE event in DC yesterday.

We sit here on the one year anniversary of my moms passing and just a few days before thanksgiving.  My mom taught me to be greateful and I wanted to be sure to focus on that.

We discuss the benefits of grounding.  These benefits are related the physical sense as well as the emotional sense.  At the end of the day, its all about being present and in tune with your surroundings.

Today we review an amazing song by Colby Acuff called "If I Were The Devil".  In the review we relate these lyrics to the upcoming election and the polarization of the world today.

Book Review - We discuss Healing Back Pain - the mind body connection by Doctor John Sarnos.  The book discusses how our minds create pain to distract us from the feelings and emotions it does not want to process by creating chronic pain.  We dive into how this has played out in Joe's life and experiences.

Today we review "Don't Feed the Monkey Mind: How to Stop the Cycle of Anxiety, Fear, and Worry" by Jennifer Shannon.  All in all a great read that I got a lot of nuggets from.  There were some aspects I did not agree with but overall, I am glad I read it.

I am adding a second A to JAAMMIN.  It stands for Affirmations.  We discuss the science behind why affirmtions help you to craete the future you desire.
