Statistically speaking people with a VI condition find it much more difficult to find work than their sighted peers. However, this week’s guest has not only risen to the very top of his profession but he has also been recognised as one of the most influential disabled people in the UK.

During this incredibly vibrant interview Evie speaks to Robbie about his life and career discussing many interesting topics including; Robbie’s particular VI condition and his journey into employment after University, the impact learning about the social model of disability had upon his life, and the many wonderful benefits to be gained from employing disabled people within a workforce.
