Well into the month of June we are continuing with the "Mind Your Mental Health" series, I had the opportunity of interviewing Katee Capeto, LCSW in this episode.  We discussed the importance of one's mental health, from young children up to adults.  We also discussed her time at the county jail and her efforts to bring about change in the mental health department during her tenure there.  We also talked about the importance of weighted blankets for those who are experiencing crisis, as well as the importance of listening to people as they speak to us.
