This podcast is inspired by a chat I had on Instagram with a friend from college.  Even the best of us have hard days-- what do you do when you feel like your failing?

1) Motion Changes Emotion

2) Do an easy task -- dishes, vacuum, make your bed.

3) Sensory Rest-- headphones, hot shower

4) Creative Rest--add beauty to your world

5) Good Day Folder.

Self-Care: Make a good day folder.  Start collecting evidence of good moments.  They aren't all bad.  Notice the shared goodness of humanity in your house and the world at large.

Family Fun Play Idea: MOVE Together.  Balloon Volleyball.  Egg and Spoon Races.  Dance Parties.  Four Square.  Sardines. Hide and Seek.
