U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade alongside Philippine Airmen, conduct humanitarian assistance operations, offloading pallets of water and supplies from a C-130 aircraft and evacuating displaced personnel, in Tacloban, Republic of the Philippines, 12 November 2013. U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific maintains significant capability forward deployed throughout the Asia-Pacific region ready to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
