I've come to realize that before some clients I coach can even start putting in the work to reach their goals. They have to learn self-discipline. In some other cases it's just plain fear. SO I decided to put together this 3 part series. Part One Self-Discipline, Part two Fear, & Part three Is it Self-Discipline or Fear. By, the time the series is over you will have a better idea of what's blocking you from reaching your goals.
