The term "toxic masculinity" might be newer-ish, but it's existed since the dawn of time. Sure, people talk about it, but in this episode Alikona & Valery sit down with special guest, Anthony Cardona, who openly admits that he's spent most of his life as a toxic male on a rampage of unintentionally hurting women. Anthony gets super vulnerable in sharing how his traumas and cultural roots allowed him to justify his self serving behaviors up until a recent breakdown involving ayahuasca experience that brought many of his traumas to light. He's since gone on a journey to better himself and sharing with others the harm that comes with toxic male patterns. This is truly an interesting episode, and let's not forget, there's always gonna be a few chuckles thrown in there at the top with the Never Have I Evers.
