welcome self-love and transformation expert, coach, and speaker, Kristie Lacy, to the spacious place. Kristie will be diving into how we can combat negative self-talk. Having overcome emotional traumas relating to domestic abuse, alcoholism, and depression, Kristie is a testament to ‘when you renew your mind, you transform your life’. Her desire to support women on their self-love journey is deeply rooted in her own experiences with learning emotional intelligence and thought management. She knows that women and girls who learn to love themselves well are infinitely powerful – ready to live on purpose with purpose. In 2015, Kristie earned her Master of Communication and Training and established K. Luve Consulting, LLC in 2018.
