When someone has an All or Nothing mindset while on a wellness journey, it can feel like you are constantly starting over. And that is because YOU ARE!! I had pizza for lunch, well the day is ruined! I will start again tomorrow. I went out for drinks on Friday…..there goes my weekend, guess I will start over on Monday. This is not a way to live.
