The intensifying impact of climate change and extreme weather events is exposing the fragility of our vital infrastructure. The devastating impact of every cyclone, flood or drought makes it that much harder to meet the Sustainable Development Goals.

What can be done to address this crisis? What frameworks would bring climate change adaptation and resilience into the development/infrastructure planning processes?
