While we often seek discomfort, sometimes, it finds us. Our internal discomforts over the course of our careers have shaped who we are and how we deal with situations at hand. On today’s episode, we bring on our close friend, Eric Tabach. Eric, like many of us, has gone through his own internal discomforts over this past year and beyond that have overall landed him in a better place.
